Delete your StatFizz account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open StatFizz and sign in.
2. Open your profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (for Apple sign-in with a hidden email, tell us the date you signed up). We will delete it within 30 days and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, name, profile and Daily Fizz plays and streaks are deleted straight away. Searches you made are kept for counting popular topics, with no link to you. Backups are overwritten within 90 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel Fizz+. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
